Perfect for a Rental
Put this in a unit I rent out because I was tired of replacing carpet between tenants. Two turnovers later and it is still spotless. The scratch resistance is exactly as advertised, which is the whole reason I bought it.

Beautiful, Runs Slightly Dark
Overshore Oak is a mid-tone greige that leans grey in daylight and a touch warmer at night. It arrived a touch darker than the website photo, which we ended up preferring, but order a sample first if you are trying to match existing trim or cabinets.

Still Looks Like the Showroom Sample
I put felt pads on all six dining chairs before the table went back in and it has more than paid off. A year later the floor still looks like the showroom sample that talked me into it, and Overshore Oak reads even better in our light than it did in the store.

Enough Variation to Look Real
My worry with Overshore Oak was seeing the same plank repeat every few rows. There is genuinely enough variation board to board that it never reads as a pattern. It is a weathered driftwood grey with real variation from board to board, and it looks like a floor rather than a printout.
